The beach is equipped with picnic spaces with tables and benches, campfire spaces. For active recreation, training equipment is available in the open air. Playgrounds with swings and other attractions are available for children. Changing cabins are available, and a rescue station is working during the swimming season. More than 15 km long Rīga Hydroelectric Power Plant dam is a favourite place for walks and is especially suitable for cyclists.
